Started the day chasing a cell growing out past Limon. Got to the cell mid afternoon to see it die out. Noticed some developing cells back to my west near Limon. Headed back on I - 70 and saw a weak tornado form west of Agate. Headed into Agate and encountered large hail. Got off the highway and pulled under the underpass with a farm family who was taking shelter as well. Watched another weak tornado spin up on the forward flank. The storm seemed to be weakening so I called off the chase. Half way back to Denver I heard another Tornado warning on the radio. Two more weak tornadoes where reported in Elbert County that evening.
